    Head Chef

    Graeme Cheevers role as head chef at Martin Wishart at Loch Lomond in Cameron House is to maintain the day to day running of the kitchen to a high standard set by Martin. Graeme collaborates with Martin on new menus, new ideas and staff development, training up some of the younger candidates into good chefs and utilising their skills within the team.

    He has been with Martin for nearly 8 years now. Graeme plans menus obviously sticking along the lines of Martin’s style but trying to have his own identity. Graeme is passionate about food, he loves eating out and sourcing local ingredients.


    Restaurant Manager / Sommelier

    Christopher Donnachie, is from Helensburgh which is only 10 minutes away from Loch Lomond.
 He began his career at the age of 16, but his passion started when he worked in a Japanese restaurant whilst at University. He went on a year long placement to work for Disney in Orlando. A year after he returned from Florida he applied for a job with Martin Wishart and in July 2011, he started as a commis waiter and worked his way up into every role in the front of house team. In April 2015 he was promoted to Restaurant Manager.

    Chris has a huge passion for wine and food. In the restaurant he takes great pride in training the team.
 He also loves creating an ambience in the restaurant that all guests feel comfortable dining in and he does this by ensuring that service is both professional and personable.
